If it's inscribable it will go for more. If it is not, will probably go for <10k.

i would say merch since its not a rare skin at all and so many r8/16 inscribables floating around

Edit: sorry brohamage, was thinking it was inscr because previous pc's in this thread led me to believe so. Oh, and he said it was blue. But, yeah merch the thing your darn tootin!

Edit: No worries, the first one didn't read it either, and the second I think he was saying vs an inscription shield it is junk.
